15 DAY RETURN POLICY
Carbonfacet provides a 15 Day Money Back Policy that gives you the time to make sure that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, we'll provide you with full refund or exchange after retaining Rs.1000/- towards delivery and processing. This charge shall be borne by the customer for each product under 15 Day Money Back Policy.
In order to be eligible for the return, the product should be accompanied by:
1.Original packaging in original condition with no scratches, wear and damage or alteration.
2.Original Invoice and Certificate (If Any)
3.Warranty Card

In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable
- Any item that shows sign of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 15 Day Money-Back.
- Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products) is not eligible for a 15 Day Money-Back or a 15 Day Exchange. Lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable.
How the refund is made :
- In case of a refund on 15 Day Money-Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 business days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /UPI/Net Banking).
How to return the product to Carbonfacet :
1.Write an email to carbonfacet1@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery date to schedule a return pick up.
2.Keep your jewellery ready in the original packing material along with the certificate and hand it over to the logistics executive.
3.Call to our Customer Care to confirm once the package is ready with all the requisites to arrange for re-shipment of the same.
4.Carbonfacet will schedule a pick up for customers who cannot return their products at any of our stores. The return shipping shall be borne by the customer. We will deduct Rs.1000/- as delivery and processing charges while determining the refund amount.
Changes in Policies :
Carbonfacet reserves the right to modify these policies at any time so it is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on our website: www.carbonfacet.com . Any material changes made to the policies will be made along with a notification here that the policies have been updated.
