- Jewellery bought from Carbonfacet are eligible for exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The jewellery must be in its original, unused condition.
- The jewellery must not have been altered, resized, or customized.
- The jewellery must be returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
2.2. Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, follow the return process outlined in Section 2.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding shipping fees.
- Place a new order for the desired product separately.
4. Buy Back Policy

- The jewellery must have been purchased from our website/stores.
- The jewellery must be in its original condition.
- The jewellery must be accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
- The buyback value will be determined based on the current market value and specific evaluation criteria.

- To initiate a buy back request, contact our customer support team with the necessary details, including the lab-grown diamond information and proof of purchase.
- Our team will guide you through the evaluation process and provide a buyback offer.
- If you accept the offer, follow the provided instructions for return shipping.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with us.
- Once the jewellery is received and inspected, we will process the buyback payment using a mutually agreed-upon method.
5. Determination of Exchange and Buy back Value :
