At CarbonFacet, we strive to provide flexibility and support to our customers through our Exchange, Upgrade, Buyback, and Return policies. All exchange, upgrade, buyback, and return requests shall be subject to the terms mentioned below and the sole discretion of CarbonFacet.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to confirmation by CarbonFacet.
• Payment gateway charges, administrative charges, or processing charges may be deducted wherever applicable.
• Customized, engraved, personalized, special-order, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.
• CarbonFacet reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests depending on the order stage and product category.

3. RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility:

• Eligible products may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval by CarbonFacet.

Condition Requirements:

Returned products must be:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• In original condition
• Accompanied by original invoice, certificates, packaging, tags, and related documents.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized, engraved, resized, altered, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
• Products showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, tampering, external modifications, or missing components may not qualify for return.

Verification & Refunds:

• CarbonFacet reserves the right to inspect and evaluate returned products before approving returns or refunds.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method, banking processes, and verification procedures.

4. LIFETIME EXCHANGE & UPGRADE POLICY

CarbonFacet offers Lifetime Exchange & Upgrade Support on eligible jewellery purchased from CarbonFacet, subject to the terms mentioned below.

Gold Component:

Eligible customers may avail up to 100% exchange value on the prevailing internal valuation of the gold component at the time of exchange or upgrade, subject to prevailing policy terms.

Lab-Grown Diamond Component:

Eligible customers may avail up to 100% exchange value on the prevailing internal valuation of the lab-grown diamond component at the time of exchange, subject to prevailing policy terms and purchase of jewellery of higher value.

Valuation Terms:

• The prevailing internal valuation shall be determined solely by CarbonFacet based on market conditions, prevailing prices, product condition, stone quality, product specifications, and applicable pricing policies at the time of exchange.
• Any promotional pricing, negotiated pricing, discounted pricing, offer pricing, revised billing value, or special sale pricing applicable at the time of original purchase may be considered while determining exchange or upgrade eligibility and valuation.
• Exchange value shall not necessarily be based on prevailing retail selling prices, catalogue prices, advertised market rates, or original invoice value.
• Exchange benefits may be applicable only against purchase of jewellery of equal or higher value than the exchanged product.

5. LIFETIME BUYBACK POLICY

Gold Component:

Eligible customers may avail up to 90% buyback value on the prevailing internal valuation of the gold component at the time of buyback, subject to prevailing policy terms.

Lab-Grown Diamond Component:

Eligible customers may avail up to 80% buyback value on the prevailing internal valuation of the lab-grown diamond component at the time of buyback, subject to prevailing policy terms.

Valuation Basis:

Buyback valuation shall be determined solely by CarbonFacet based on:

• Market conditions
• Prevailing prices
• Product condition
• Stone quality
• Product specifications
• Internal pricing policies
• Applicable deductions

Pricing Considerations:

• Any promotional pricing, negotiated pricing, discounted pricing, offer pricing, revised billing value, or special sale pricing applicable at the time of original purchase may be considered while determining buyback valuation.
• Buyback value shall not necessarily be based on prevailing retail selling prices, catalogue prices, advertised market rates, or original invoice value.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Original invoice and applicable certification documents are mandatory for availing exchange, upgrade, return, or buyback benefits.
• Exchange, upgrade, and buyback benefits are applicable only to the original purchaser and may not be transferable unless approved by CarbonFacet.
• Jewellery showing signs of damage, breakage, resizing, external repair work, excessive wear, tampering, or missing components may be subject to deductions or rejection after evaluation.
• Making charges, taxes, certification charges, customization charges, shipping charges, and service charges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Products purchased during promotional campaigns, discounted sales, clearance events, special offers, or limited-period schemes may be subject to separate exchange/buyback terms.
• CarbonFacet reserves the right to evaluate, accept, reject, or determine the final exchange, upgrade, return, refund, or buyback value at its sole discretion.
• CarbonFacet reserves the right to revise, modify, suspend, or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

• Approved refunds for prepaid orders shall be processed to the original payment source.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, verification processes, and applicable policies.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or other approved methods.
