15 Day Money Back Policy
Carbonfacet provides a 15 Day Money Back Policy so you have time to make sure your purchase is right for you. For an eligible return, we provide a refund or exchange after deducting Rs. 1,000 per product towards delivery and processing. Return shipping is borne by the customer.
Return eligibility
Please return the product with its original packaging in its original condition, together with:
- The original invoice and certificate, if provided
- The warranty card
- If the original certificate is unavailable, the jewellery may need lab recertification; the customer bears the shipping and certification cost.
- Items showing wear, damage, or alteration, including resizing by another jeweller, are not eligible.
- Customised or engraved jewellery is not eligible for the 15 day money back or exchange policy. Lifetime exchange and buyback terms may apply.
- If a coupon, discount, or promo code was used, its value is deducted when calculating the refund or exchange amount.
How to request a return
- Email carbonfacet1@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to arrange a return pickup.
- Pack the jewellery in its original packaging with the certificate and other included documents.
- Contact customer care once the package is ready so the return shipment can be arranged.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer. The applicable Rs. 1,000 delivery and processing deduction and return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
