Ashok Rathod
Co-Founder
With over 25 years of experience in the gems and jewellery industry, Ashok Rathod is a respected entrepreneur, diamond specialist, educator, and industry leader.
A GIA Graduate Diamonds professional and Government & Customs Approved Valuer, he has founded multiple successful ventures, including Ganesh Diamonds, Solitaire Diamond Institute & Gem Testing Lab, JewelJobs, and CarbonFacet.
He currently serves as Vice President of the Jewellers Association, Bengaluru and has previously served as President of the Diamond Association, Bengaluru.

Neha Rathod
Co-Founder & Creative Director
With over 15 years of experience in the jewellery industry, Neha Rathod brings together expertise in diamonds, jewellery design, luxury retail, and customer experience.
An MBA graduate from Monash University, Australia, she leads CarbonFacet's creative vision, product development, and customer experience initiatives.
Her passion is creating jewellery that blends timeless elegance with contemporary design, ensuring every CarbonFacet creation is as meaningful as it is beautiful.
